I never said we were certain at all, so theres no way to be absolutely certain of something I was never certain about to begin with.

I'll explain more when I make a post with a time for server up.
I'd imagine whoever was doing it initially is going to do it again with more resources unfortunately.

new service supposedly has better ddos mitigation services making it more difficult for a ddos attack to affect p1999. however, with a big enough botnet, cant really ever be 100%

How long till 9PM EST or whatever?

Or can anyone give me a conversion rate?

I need to know wether to go to bed or stay up basically.
