had to go to Costco and stock up because the pantry was bare. Bought loads of fresh fruits, melons, mangoes, citrus & bananas. Got plenty of organic greens, kale, lettuce & spinach. Lots of vegetables, carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes & avocados. Along with some fruit Popsicles, frozen smoothie fruit, olive oil and cinnamon. Peace :-)

You must eat a lot of food, most of that will be spoiled after a couple weeks. I would be scared to buy that many avocados.

Monsanto stock goes up a couple points every time dredge goes to the store and buys several metric tons of genetically-engineered mutant produce. And no dredge, there are no conditions dictating what can or cannot be labeled 'organic'.

I assume you are referring to the US... Thankfully a lot of countries have restrictions or out right bans on genetically modified food.

Of course! Lots of fruits and veggies have protein in them. The amount of protein your body needs isn't really that high and can easily be obtained without supplements.

Well it definitely isn't for everyone! I'm kind of the odd one out in my family. They all love their meat. =p
