So two weeks in jail for "parading in a capitol building" after capitol police let you into the building is a slap on the wrist? Did they somehow prove that she didn't see a bunch of people being let in by police before she went on her parade?

There's at least one guy whose charges were dropped after video emerged of police opening the doors for him. Which is fine and dandy, but it kind of reads as guilty until proven innocent.

Unfortunately, if you are convicted of a 2nd DUI in WA State, you are required to serve at least 30 days in jail as the minimum sentence.
