Speaking of TMO's presence on Live, decided to solo run PoP flags out of boredom on Test awhile back, used this to refresh memory on the order of kills/pre-flags etc.

Gemdiver! Formally nicknamed Cockdiver. TMOs most hated wizard haha. But he def was a good player. Obviously we all dont go to all of those reptitive kills Mr Relapsee. I myself have taken my fair share of breaks...the thing that really keeps me playing EQ is the SK class and how it works. Nothing in any other game like it.

Except for, you know, Death Knights in WoW, Blackguards in Dungeons & Dragons...etc etc. Cut the shit, Zeelot, you're just as guilty as people from IB of fucking up the endgame raiding on P99.

That's really dependent on how you interpret 'similar'. They aren't identical, but there is a valid argument for similar.

EQ SK is based off of self healing via lifesteal and spells...WoW Blood DK tank is based off of self healing via lifesteal, and that's just the basics of each class, and (while not relevant to P99) if you look at current EQLive SKs they're even more similar. If you look in the Spell Compendium for Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 you'll see the Blackguard has a lot of spells similar to what the SK has. I played an SK for over 10 years, when you actively play the class you see the similarities come out more.

Do sk's pull and FD, have dots that stick after aggro reset? The DK is a far superior tank than the sk on EQ. Blame the game but sk playstyle is totally different on ew
