Ulwyn ninja looted my quillmane cloak after I camped it for days.

I am a quillmane noob. I have only killed it about 10 times, but I thought that either the legs or the cloak dropped? I can't ever remember them both dropping at the same time. Can they?

no he ooc'd that the legs dropped to throw people off .... just happened to be what i was hoping for. Red mob chasing me i ran by and looked the first thing without a stack marker on it. I'm workin on gettin it back to him, but if he wants to keep being a jerk I'll delete my account and go play something else. Your choice

He already said you could keep the cloak. Keep it and keep your character. Think of it as a reward for having to deal with the OP being an idiot.

I'm not saying you intentionally did anything wrong, I don't have all the circumstances. I'm just stating that if OP killed quillmane, any loot on that corpse is his until explicitly ceded. If he ceded legs and you were in a rush, I can see how the mistake could get made, I'm battling the people who think its FFA in loot world, not your intentions in looting.

Well regardless considering quitting anyway since I've been flamed on server chat. I make a newb move and panic and it ruins my reputation. Kinda no point in playing now right?

Lol you serious?

I've trained and killed a guy in LGUK who had cancer and all his guild mates hated me and called me names. Now look at me, I have the best reputation on the entire server and have tons of friends.

Good lord, just leave already. If this is enough to make you quit the game, you sure as hell wouldn't have lasted much longer anyways.

Word to the wise, you'll have negative experiences in any mmo. Might want to stick to single player games where your fragile feelings can only be hurt by soulless npc's
