Exactly. It may be tempting, and they may deserve it. But it usually just makes things worse in the long run. They grow to fear you then grow up to take that anger out on other people. Haha. Things must have really changed since I was in middle school. All teachers and employed staff from school had to be respected or we, as children, were punished for disrespect.

Yes, they have changed a ton. Working in the school system has to be some of the worse work out there now a days. You could not pay me enough money (and the pay is crap anyways) to deal with that mess.
