Dragons are being downed.....Gm events....Hotzones for nubs.....Boosted exp for Casuals....Its not all there is just seems like theres more pvp and thats what im here for.I can careless about Planar loot its boring as fuck.Drop kunark i'd be interested in some pve....but they wanna wait for the population to rebound yet only kunark would do that at this point.Yes ONLY KUNARK will do that.Solb and Perma poopsocking the only two dragons in the game IS BORING.....so are hate/fear raids.Ive been there and done that way before this box and im not impressed with old world content.Again i had/have np lvling a char on this server.....rl pals that i enjoy playing with do.I dont think the 50s that dont log on have a prob with exping either.There is an added mystery to the server since theres a dev online asking for input vs a gm online harassing players.

You certainly don't go to a server like LoZ to exerience Everquest the game, which is largely personal player progression and pve, when its almost entirely broken.

Here's my thoughts on the server. LoZ is just a parody. It's a short-term thrill for people who are frustrated with red99. I'm sure this isn't devnewb's intention but when you have players making characters named after people from red99 (especially staff members) just to make fun of them and circle jerk each other about it, your server can't be taken seriously in the long term. It's a way for people to do the things they wouldn't be allowed to do on red99, like use cheat programs, exploit, train, or spam racist shit in global ooc (the latter two are actually allowed on LoZ). Anyone thinking this is going to replace red99 and give you a pvp server in the long term is crazy and needs a wake-up call. No offense to devnewb but it would take years of development work to put this server on red99's level. It's not just minor bugs like spawning in the wrong location when you die (High elves spawn at the butcherblock docks when they gate... but in Gfay when they die??? Why?), but glaring exploits that will plague the server with illegitimacy until the day people stop playing it. I mean really, it's impossible that Naggy's been killed legitimately already. It just can't happen with the numbers that guilds on that server are sporting and I'd get a really good laugh if the players who did it were in Holo, FF or Nihilum on red99.
PS: for some reason I can't log into LoZ consistently. 9 out of 10 times it just boots me back to the login screen. Maybe I should consider myself lucky.

buddy boy you are uninformed. Sure it has bugs. But so did R99 God rest its soul. Difference being, lovley exploits to 50 on r99 rest of us clean whistles are left in our 20s..... people exploit on LoZ? sweet man see you in a few days and we can all pvp for dragons and soon we will have kunark.

Pets have crazy high regen
Pathing nonexistent or bugged/exploitable
Training is allowed (lawl tool used by those too terrible to compete legitimately)

Server is legit.(No, not really. It's not meant to be.)

It's a short-term replacement for people too terrible at real EQ to feel like they're accomplishing something. (Read: Hololost and crew)
