Is it graphics or aesthetics? That's a huge difference and can be make or break for a game like that.

starcraft 1 is an example of a game with bad graphics but good aesthetics

sw:tor appears to have neither

It's more about weaving basic attacks in with special attacks. The lower your energy/heat/focus w/e is the slower it regens.
