I was reading the EQ Mac forums on EQMac.com (since the Mac server at SOE was the closest to a classic experience and was frozen in time.. as in no more expansions) and someone mentioned this server as being a truly classic experience. I was interested and had a look to see what it might be like. I had tried an emulator a long time ago and wasn't impressed as it wasn't classic and it was pretty devoid of players. I noticed the max player and average player count on this server and read through the message boards and decided to give it a try. I found my old Titanium client install disk and got it installed and I LOVE it! I immediately donated my first monthly "subscription" to help the server and play when ever I can.
