Socialists should try to get together one day and prove to the world just ONCE that their economies can be self sustaining without depleting natural resources to maintain it.

You know, since it's so easy to get lots of people to work together for just the sake of it.

Feels like corrupt capitalism rolling over into Socialism.
-Government acquiring percent stakes in companies
-Rich in the meantime buying up farmland and renting it out to farmers
-Leading too late farm subsidies that ultimately go to the rich
-Tariffs (tax on the ppl) generating new revenue, revenue used to cut taxes on the rich and help create a slush fund to do it more

Meanwhile rally the uneducated supporters to further push a culture war to prevent a class war.

Tariffs are only a tax on the people if you think that "working class" people should live in "third world countries" and "things should be cheaper if you use slaves".

Also you're a socialist, taxes are everything to you, suddenly you're against them?

Obvious militant anti "other side" stance is obvious.

I agree that capitalism has brought us to an age where there is too much security and safety all over the world. And now we have to "do something about it" other than "killing them all"....

And I also agree that capitalism has brought us to an age, that has gotten us very close to making jobs obsolete...

But, we were ready for capitalism in the 1000's during the enlightenment age, and it took another 1000 years for a country to finally be formed that is built around it.

I'm pretty sure, if you just got a job, and worked towards utopia, you'd ruin less lives than you would if you had a "revolution" to "hope that you could jump start one"

Considering we've had 100s of revolutions and life has continued to suck, until everyone just "got a job" and started working towards utopia when America was invented.

The only way socialist utopia is going to work if all of the sudden we look around and realize we "built that as a result of labor" (AI/robots).

not, that "we forced it to happen for the benifit of labor."

The moment now inside the US is closer to socialism more than ever before. Especially as the whole freedom to choose leaders is disappearing.

“Water is the softest thing but it can penetrate mountains.” America will get out of this avalanche of lost rights. But it will take time.

“Time is at a joint O cursed spite, that I was born to,” having to now wait until it is “set right.”

Overly Corrupt Capitalism tend to lead to socialism. Keep pushing all the decision-making into the executive branch.

You only like socialism because you think you can use it to make us not eat cows.
