Roll sk for harm touch. Actually tracking is going to be an amazing skill for pvp, could be useful if your doing a class duo or something hunting players down.

Wiz's in kunark + (expansions that don't raise the level cap diminishes the caster's power, every expansion that raises the level cap increases caster power)

I may go Wizard this time. Playing a bard was a bit too much work and I never want to do the mage epic again or camp a tranquil staff again so that would rule out those 2 classes.

Only downside of a wizard would be on a single box server you could never camp any items solo. Unless you are after something well below your range...
