All dots in fact have been upped significantly I will go through today and lower them to P99 values... Because melees were not upped it's the standard 2x weap dmg etc.

Envenomed breath ticking for 70 at lvl 24 is absurd, fixed that one, stinging swarm was 30 instead of 13 so ill just do all sham/dru dots past lvl whatever 10. And necros.
