Facts:

Ginge is a good raid enc / buffer.
Some rules were broken.
A decision was made to guildremove.
Ginge could re-apply to the good guys. (i hope u do!)

Opinion:

Perhaps enforcement of the broken rules could have been handled in another way, like a DKP penalty and/or suspension. Goofin' around with a paladin alt probably shouldn't result in termination but i trust the leadership to make fair and honest decisions.

Ginge was not a warm body on enchanter. Playing the paladin alt before the level requirement for melee rule was satisfied was the issue. Often Ginge's pally would be /role so as to not be picked up automatically by the logs. You earn a ton of DKP and plat gear and put it on an alt and you wanna play that alt.

Let back in and let them re-apply are two different things. People can make amends, talk to each other, that sort of thing. Applying does not = re-entry.

Ginge certainly could have handled this better in talking to the guild leadership no doubt.
