Closest thing to a gamble Ive done is to bet I wasnt gay (not that there is anything wrong wiff dat) by going straight (hehe) for a female as a life partner.

As far as cards go, play hold em...then the house is just taking a small rake and you're betting on your cards and your ability to play the other guy.
