What do we need to do to get green 2.0? Serious discussion

I would love a new green. I think we should get a poll or something going. I know hundreds of people who would vote with their wallet and time if we were just told it would come. It would be amazing if they would put up a money goal or something that if we could hit we could get a new server going. I do remember seal team ruining green for a lot of people and at the time I thought the answer would be a guild person limit and limited co guilting agreements or rotations. Regardless I would rather get shafted again by seal and have a chance to poop sock some stuff than not at all. Please consider telling us something GM Homoes.- long time lurker and player

New server to exclude legacy items because it’s not classic for late game servers to include these deleted nerfed items.

Or for them to be included permanently in a different fashion

Or for them to be available via NPC casino that exists to delete plat from the game and therefore allowing staff to un nerf giants in rathe mountains and other classic plat farms.

I would like a classic EQ experience free from the mandate to maximize
my PP/hr by getting items like manastone while they are available. I wanna have fun in vanilla instead of poop sock for my eq 401k

Please rogean and Nilbog make a new red and a new green in that order free from this fully custom “legacy item” implementation bullshit.

It was cool on blue because you had to guess the timeline from patch notes and the schedule was random. It was a little like that in red too. Now it’s robotic and worse than ever and a lot of fun was sapped from green because of it.

Give us a more classic classic please. When I ask my friends to play I don’t wanna say “okay we’re all gunna be these Op classes so we can get manastones a lot and then we will start having fun after that”

Probably too close to new TLP launch if that's part of the agreement they made. Or it's a 30 day buffer because they know how MMO players are and Green2.0 is gonna launch in March when original EQ did, and everything will release as it originally did, and joy will be had amongst all.

Imo. If I was DBG I would schedule green release like 2 months after next TLP. If that is the case late next year.


Red is wide open for newbie guilds and crushbone pvp until then!
