Don’t think there’s any evidence we’ve seen of him giving them to people yet. But there’s obviously evidence he stole top secret documents…and also that they burned too secret documents (which is also a potential violation of the Act).

Probably the only question that remains is when he’s convicted does he actually go to jail or does he do a plea deal for house arrest in mar a lago and being barred from participating in politics at all. He was the President at the time. The President doesn't steal documents. One of the benefits of being President is being able to handle classified documents in any way you see fit.
