As an ex insurance adjuster, if i had a case like this, i would be treating you
very kindly, heh.
i dont recommend legal rep as they really take a good part of any settlement but if the insurer isnt behaving, make sure you get the treatment you need,
so to say.
PTSD may be a consideration here reading your new driving habits.

Yeah, I prepared settlements for a few accidents when I worked for an attorney years ago. I don't think it will be worth it to involve one, and I can probably handle it all myself. I try to be reasonable with people as long as they're reasonable with me, but he's not learning very quickly.

I really do appreciate all of the advice. Having some direction really helps.

Just happened to me too, 3-ish weeks ago. Some drunk 19 year old bitch ran a red light, I T-boned her, totaled my highlander.

Yours looks much worse though, glad you're ok pal.
