There's one. Literally the first result. It essentially says it may be effective, but may require modification to treat covid specifically. But because no real research has been done, since we're only about a year into even looking into it, you can't conclusively say that it does or doesn't work.

Even if it's not effective though, it's also an extremely safe drug in humans, so why not investigate it if it saves lives? The few people actually taking horse paste are taking a dose about 100x that of a human dose, because as it turns out horses weigh a lot more than human beings.

TLDR: The hysterical resistance to ivermectin is driven purely by jerry springer-level tabloid understanding of the science.

We don't have long term data on the vaccine being used against coronavirus either.
Sars was a coronavirus. That was 20 years ago when they started mRNA research. Also, normal vaccines exist for covid and were brought to market in a similar time as the covid-19 mRNA vaccines.

Can you Google something for me?

"Which is longer 6 years or 20 years?"

Thanks in advance for doing the needful. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

What? Did you even read it? They are specifically talking about ivermectin and covid-19.

You asked for a source, I provided a paper from the national institutes for health, and then you said it was from 2015 even though it's from 2020?

Wasn't this thread supposed to be about hot girls or something? This should be in the politics thread.

Lol then why did you ask for a source? Yeah in 2015 it literally won a nobel prize, for use in humans.

Perhaps if you ask for a source specifically about my claim that ivermectin has antiviral properties, and then I provide a source from the actual NIH, you could actually read it?

You need medical training to parse these things correctly. Like it says the antiviral effectiveness has not been proven in vivo and I think that means in a living body, but I am a huge dumbass so ???

2015 prize for use as an antiparasitic.

Did you Google the phrase yet? Add "or 1 year" to your boolean. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] (like you said.)

You're just moving the goalposts. You asked for a source, I gave you a perfectly legitimate source, and then you go "Welll I'm not a doctor." Like then why did you ask for a source?

I already said this is just evidence, and good evidence, but not a conclusion. The people ranting about horse paste have no expertise either, why do you just automatically go with them?

No, you're lying. Your post that said "source?" was in direct response to me saying "it shows antiviral activity".

It *does*, it's a scientific fact. It is also *expected* to show antiviral activity against covid-19 specifically, but more research needs to be conducted.

That is hardly "horse paste bad lol".
