RecondoJoe is as much a Green Beret as the guy sellin peanuts in a football stadium is a part of the football team. I'm sure he has some sort of tie to the military (super creepy if he doesnt") but Joe is a self proclaimed weirdo and sociopath.

He trims trees and stalks people, same profile as the BTK killer not GI Joe
