Simple routine I try to follow while sitting on my ass working from home - Once every hour or hour and a half, do 15 pushups, 25 squats, 1.5 minute plank, and repeat. Less if needed. This is legit. I would add a set of bicep curls and overhead press to the mix. Gonna need a set of at least 20-25lb dumbbells, but hey, take your ass to academy and spend 50 bucks. It's worth it, weights don't go bad.

Another thing to consider too. If you're doing this the idea is to build muscle right. Make sure you're getting adequate protein with every meal. They're expensive, but muscle milk shakes are fairly palatable, and 25g of protein a pop helps out.
