Seriously though, creating market pressure for bees is very important, and honey is far less severe for the body than refined sugar, helps reduce allergies and promotes healing. Honey is a good route for sating sugar cravings.

I felt. Attacked. Threatened. Teased. Poked. Like there was a slight emotional pain seeing the likening of honey to refined white cane sugar made in a brutal and horrific way. Kinda like I was punched or being punished for caring about the bees and enjoying their bounty. Like I was pinched. I bet we could even fuck up beekeeping though with enough demand. My feelings are my own I don't expect others to feel that way. But I knew Cassawary was making light of my position on Sugar. Which in turn triggered my feeling of being backed into a wall by a deliberate oversimplification. I feel better now though. I'm probably the only one who felt that way but I appreciate the backup from those who supported me. BTW honey has fructose and antioxidants and if not poisoned during processing by pharmaceutical antibiotics, bacteria and fungi beneficial for adult organisms. It's also absorbed slower into the bloodstream. I am PROUD for knowing this and I feel smart and clever. I feel good for sharing that information freely so people can make an informed choice instead of just destroying lake Okeechobee etc. Not to mention the toxic chemicals that the sugar companies flood our water with. Or the chemical fertilizer. And I hope I save you from poisoning your spirits. That feels Godly. All that sugar use results in an epidemic of algal blooms, fish murder, and flesh eating bacteria when it mixes with the raw sewages, another problem. Made worse by global warming. Warming the Oceans. And changing currents.

One problem I forsee is bees being fed sugar slurries though to replace their winter reserves. It's definitely a problem.
Otherwise maybe bees are happy to make honey and will probably overproduce as an adaptation to predation in warmer climes. Maybe green houses with wildflower gardens are a solution in colder zones. Like I care. That caring feelings strong and makes it easy for me to consider this stuff. To bee considerate.

And yes I feel bad when I see a lone bee unable to fly. Crawling on the cold rocky ground in the deep shade.
I know better than to try to save an individual drone. I still feel the bee though. I feel like that bee. I know what it's like to be cold and shivering on the floor, unable to get up and feeling like my life is rapidly bleeding away. I am that bee.

People used to be staked to the ground, put in iron maidens, and burried to the jaw too. I suppose feeding someone milk and honey keeps them alive longer. I'm suspect about them getting stung. They were probably bitten by flies though. Everyone had parasites then, so I can believe the worms part attributed to abiogenises. I advocate if a person, and strongly IF a person must be executed, it be swift and merciful. We shouldn't torture our prisoners either. They should at least be afforded the cares and respects we would grant a dangerous animal or sick pet. Though humans are prone to feelings of superiority and betrayal that complicate this most basic of consideration. Scaphism is a reflection on the Persians and Greeks and the fears that ruled them, less than on anyone executed in such a way.
