Basically what ive heard is people had absurd amounts of quest loot corpsed and I guess it was to a point of stupidness that the powers at be thought the best solution is to just disable quest XP - totally non classic, but so is knowing everything about EQ

at 4:30 min to 6 min this issue was discussed at great length. If this server pushes for classic, why not make the rot timers correct for player deaths?

corpsing items wasnt classic, only made up by neckbeards on this server to justify cucking. Even Brad agreed it was a24 hour window to grab your corpse.
