So, modus operandi for Seal Team, themselves over all others, lol. I mean, good on Phatez for removing this one, but you've got plenty other people doing crap like this all the time. Had another ST guy ninja loot rubi boots the other day as well.
Did you petition and/or name/shame the guy who ninja looted rubi boots? Why not do that instead of just dogpile useless, baseless accusations?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Pamila was a trial in the guild for only two days. He has been removed. Goodluck with your petition.
Quality move by a guild leader. No-bullshit stance is the way to live life.

I did petition, he gave up boots and immediately got another pair, but it's just the norm from what I've experienced from the vast majority of ST in my time on Green. I've had some great interactions with some of them (primarily clerics), but those are vastly outnumbered by the rest of their douchebaggery.

This actually isn't really a good point. If you're soloing the camp and someone asks if you want to duo and you want first dibs on a specific piece of loot, then you either (i) decline the duo and say you're soloing, or (ii) accept the duo on the condition that the new arrival understands and agrees that you will be looting the first "X item" to drop.

This is entirely Pamila's fault. you don't get to retroactively create loot rules because you didn't think about it beforehand and now something dropped that you want. If specific loot rules were never discussed upon group formation, then it's NBG.
Depends. It's a good point if OP has a yet clarified how he joined the group.

I.e. did Pamila just make the mistake of assuming by letting a lower level join her/his group while they soloed the 3 static spawns while he waited in the list for the mask for some XP.

Pamilla clearly states she/he didn't need them to clear the camp.

Objectively is OP just lawyerquesting someone out of an item because they didn't sign a loot agreement on inviting them to join her/his camp.

We need some top tier lawyerquesters on this.

OP isn't lawyerquesting anyone out of anything. If you don't want to share loot and don't need someone in your group then don't group with them. If you do and you want loot rules to be different than the standard NBG, then clarify that upfront when they join the group. Pamila is an idiot who then tried to retroactively create loot rules when something dropped that he wanted.

So what your saying is common sense and logic needs to be removed from situations and ultimately a loot contract is needed every time someone presses invite or accept?

That's kinda lawerwuesting my frand.

OP here. Happy to clarify.

I arrived to camp just after another guy got his mask, and he decided to leave and I came in to help Pamila break the camp (spread out the spawns to be more manageable).

His claim to have been able to manage the camp solo was proven 3 times throughout that he was unable to. If you wish to confirm this, please message Brunhilda the ogre shaman who was there with us.

To address this - he was a 47 bard, I was a 47 Bard. Not a lower level, so I didn't come in to mooch as was assumed.

And yea all these comments about lawyerquesting is kind of off point here. Look at the facts of how it went down. Come to your own conclusions.

Thanks,

So 2 bards camping a legacy item that isn't legacy for them, effectively decreasing the # of people who get this item by 2. There are so many layers of retardation and douchebaggery here that I don't even know where to begin.

Oh yeah, a 47-anything that can't camp a low-mid 30's 3 spawn? Ouch, you guys know you can buy songs from your trainer and then sing them for bonuses right?

Why are you attacking OP for this? He wasn't the one who couldn't solo the camp, Pamila was the one who couldn't handle the camp solo.
