The more popular servers had pretty bad queue's. The less popular ones were in the 2-3k range.

I didn't play WoW until about 2007 when the starting areas were ghost towns. This is a much more pleasurable experience.

The players diving in and out of groups solely to get "their" part of whatever quest they are working on is highly annoying after exp groups in EQ lasting for hours as opposed to minutes in WoW. This is going to make it hard to build any type of community in the early game.

How do you plan on building a community full of selfish stay at home weirdos who never go outside?

Answer: you cant
Not with that game and the mentality of those people you can't.

The only thing to do on classic wow is raid, unfortunately you are looking at a lot of hours spent leveling and grinding quests. Raiding is the reward, why would you want to play if you dont raid.
So I could grind the bird things and chimeras in azshara

Like back in the day [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

classic eq? yes! Classic wow? No thanks. After doing nost I realized that wow is the same quest, over, and over, and over and over and overoveroveroverovero

I did a little bit of this classic new server and my body had a reflex like it was encountering food that gave me food poisoning once before. It jsut felt like, wrong.

Idk I like raiding in wow but to grind there again, and to pay for it while I do it.. just sounds like fool me once shame on cant fool me again. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

It's that, pvp rank grind or... the old EQ favorite, trade your way to success ^^

If they keep the raids 40 man, and the same. I couldn't imagine trying to get 40 muppets together to raid them not now days.

Even then I remember the pvp grind being more hardcore back then, but maybe that's just me.
