3^(3) = 27; 3^(2) = 9; 3^(1) = 3;
27^(1/3) = 3; 9^(1/2) = 3; 3^(1/1) = 3;
27/3 = 9; 9/3 = 3; 3/3 = 1

27 is the answer you were lookin' for. The perfect cube. It's out of hand we don't have 27 class types with armor subsets containing 3 or 9 elements.

You never want more than one 4 in a row that's very bad. 3 4s in a row is especially bad. 4 and 3 are to be avoided. Brad probably knew this. Can't believe anyone in their right mind would want more 4s. 5,4,3,2 is perfect.
I agree with this. The addition of Beastlord and Berserker classes increased the counts to 5, 4, 4, 3. As we all know, the addition of these classes marked the beginning of the end of Everquest.

Furthermore, as OP suggests, with Beastlord and Berserker classes the count would be 4, 4, 4, 4. What is your stance on 4 4s in a row?

Berserkers rolling against NPC's AC value for the resist stat on their axes was sooo awesome! Those snares and stuns on magic resistant targets [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].
