If we limited /ooc to players only 20+ then I wouldn't get to read awesome spammed stories about Andain, Danth, and Erudite chicks with golden teeth and red shoes.

I find myself ignoring all /ooc chat now the same way I started ignoring auction chat once the Bazaar was released... It's in a tiny little window now that's no more than a blur of green on a corner of my screen.
