I soloed mine at level 50.

However, I've never MQ'ed it for anyone so many I just get the amiable faction?

You only get indifferent if someone else charms for you, so you have to farm Sarnak War Braids and do that factioning quest forever before you turn in puppet strings for hammer. That’s why I’m so pissed at AM for ruining my turn in.
