I was bound behind the Velks zoneline for quite a while during Velious. They did take away the ability to do it and I don't think they changed any existing binds if you were bound there.

If they are using that in TL box warfare then it's fine by my record.

On live they eventually made it so you couldn't bind up by Agnarr BUT.. they didn't change any binds because it was "grandfathered" in. I think much like the TD pots bind.

I do clearly recall telling someone I was bound behind ZL in Velks and when they tried it wouldn't work. Not sure when that date took hold, it wouldn't have been later than a few months into Luclin as that's when I went to Stormhammer on an SK.
