Just as a side note form the other side of the table; I would and will never help you or any other transfer any high value items. I know people who has been banned becasue they did random transfers like these for whoever who got banned for whatever (well deserved). This had a cause of ripple effect though as the helpers who transfered what ever this way got assosiated with this and got banned as well.

To save yourself going through petition becasue you might be caught in what ever I recommend do not transfer items for others. Just 1 day of an undeserved ban is nerve wrecking.
If you are not guilty of anything and you have your logs on its a very easy process to get unbanned. Transferred tons over the years for anyone and everyone including people who were caught RMTing like Culprit and never had a issue. I did have a toon banned because he was previously owned by a RMTer and i bought him for plat when it was legal. I had the logs that i sent to staff and was unbanned within 6 hours.

I spent $180 on WoW tokens last night and quickly converted it to gold. Love playing for profit video games.

All currency is fake. That's the point, it's an abstract representation of value. Value is partially, if not mostly, subjective, and if he values what he gets for 'fake currency' then it's just as legit as paying 100$ for a round of golf. Although I think the writer was actually being sarcastic.

Mhmm and what he has essentially done is said he would prefer to allocate the fruits of several hours of his labor to create a more enjoyable game experience for himself at his leisure. Buying game items is no different than going to a movie or going out to dinner rather than staying at home. The difference is, the game item is more likely to directly generate additional experiences down the road.

Or he could have used that $180 real money to buy real items that are more likely to directly generate additional and more varied experiences.

Entirely untrue if he spends most of his time in game.

Talking

I spent over 300 dollars on league of legend skins, was a good run. Just got boring and repetitive, that and they are always changing heroes.

Currency is the equivalence of time. Time is not fake. Time is real.
Ever heard the saying time is money? It is true. The more money, the better hospital surgeries you can afford, the longer you live.

They call this game EverCrack for a reason. WOW is even worse.

$180 buys food/resources/savings in meatspace or it can buy better crack.
