The federal government has a purpose, it's just that it has grown way beyond it's original intent and purpose. There is no sudden stroke of a pen that can fix this, but will take much time and effort to resolve to within a manageable level fitting for a majority of Americans. Currently it's just not.

On topic, why not just institute parent licensing and do away with all this abortion debate nonsense. Sterilize everyone at birth and then means and IQ test for the privilege to contribute genetic material to the next generation.
We could eradicate poverty, burry an incredibly divisive issue and raise the average IQ by a standard deviation or more!

Trump will win the delegates but lose at the contested convention and Cruz or somebody else will win the nomination. This is guaranteed.
I predict Cruz gets a huge boost after this week and will win majority of remaining states, though still lack the delegate count.

If this is the same reprobate that Cruz will use against Putin, well it'll be a pretty awful four years ...or until he gets impeached. But like I said, he just wont get there, there is no possible way at this point. Even if he could somehow beat Hillary after creating such division, the Clinton machine will get their lawyers to shut him out of the primaries over the question of just how is "natural born" really legally defined, which has never really been resolved. But you did say "other" which would be the likely outcome if this goes to a brokered convention (likely Romney or Ryan), or that when Cruz is eliminated by teh Clinton machine as stated above regarding legal rulings. The hard part with the Clinton machine scenario though is that it could possibly be a dead-lock split in court unless 0bama gets his SCOTUS nomination approved. If in fact Donald does lose steam in the near future, to not avoid a brokered convention, or so to actually drop out or be defeated outright, I wonder what the odds are of Ryan changing his tune regarding the obstruction (for lack of better word) of 0bamas SCOTUS nomination.

edit: and it's regarding "natural born", not necessarily "citizen". Yes he is a citizen, that is undeniable, but "natural born" is a preq for holding a high office. Oh and apparently, to make a case compared to other elected officials born abroad that were unchallenged, Ted wasn't brought into the country for something like four years after his birth. He also held dual citizenship most of his life. It may be enough to challenge it, even if just to complicate everything. Depends how politically expedient it becomes.

being born a citizen, whether by jus soli or the these days ignominious jus sanguinis, seems to quite easily qualify the 'natural born' part of the question.
born as a citizen. the mechanism doesn't matter, he's been a citizen since birth. and your link doesn't work! | ||
