To interpret that video as Cruz blaming Trump shows your critical analysis skills must have been fried by the drugs you're on. It's easily comprehended what Cruz is saying, Donald's policy of withdrawing our military from supporting NATO nations is bad foreign policy in light of recent events. Which shows in any and all of the press materials Ted throws out, he has not even been home to his daughters in the 3 years prior to this election run.
