Correct.
So 1st part is: In summary you" only get out what you put in." The opposition doesnt try because they dont want to help people so just blame it on <empire>, and value their own personal YT score over thr development of their guild - sadly this is a fact and not fiction. Reality is even when I was raiding day in day b4 work came up <empire> regulary only had 60 on. Lord V and Vulak with exceptions. <Empire> has even less on days when it was the right side coz of the shit gear the last 2 dargons dropped. Just as much as people joke about friends raiding at 4am, empire rarely raids with 90 - maybe at first but I'd think its more 60-70 now at peak/goog lewt dargons. The 2nd part to this equation is EQ is a gear based game and 95% of the server is interested in gear progression over YTs. So they prioritize their time accordingly. The only guild making an effort to accommodate peoples PvE needs is <empire> so naturally people levitate to the guild. --- In my 2.5 years I've seen many opposition guilds to and the only one that ever looked like it was going to contest was Hokuten because it was piloted by someone who was invested in actually creating a guild to contest. This major issues as to why there is no guild to contest is innately in the leadership/goals of thr opposing guild. The minor issues are with <empire> - its just the way it is.

if someone cared enough to start contesting empire they would field 90 within a week, ya'll know this you got bored of playing dead box when no one wants to mindlessly throw themselves at your numbers, deal with it

So what can your guild offer? Are you willing to get someone who has a PvP score of 5-100 and show them how to avoid getting YTed as much?( There'd be players that dont do simple things like binding /who to the foward key and isolate the list to a seperate window.) Are you willing to suffer with your fellow guildies and go thru the lows to reach the highs? Or do you just want people who can get a YT know the bits and bobs (pumice, /ass macros, /ass key to see what the targets target is etc etc) and play the right classes? If your answers are nothing, no, no and yes to those 4 questions then your guild wont grow much.

I mean straight off the bat the leaders and co leaders of your guild all play killshot classes.

2 co leaders in empire play pulling classes (colgate and gong) and actively participate in thr pulling process
1 leads the clerics and plays a cleric (terp) Starting 2 see the pattern?
