You guys have griefed every other competition off the server. You constantly harass minor raids and groups throughout the entire server (even today). You have every raid mob of any sort of gear level on camp with no competition at all. But who is there to show off to? Who even would care if you have 5 vulak loots?

The server is your own personal instanced zone. Its like playing Doom in god mode. Sure its great to beat the game a few times. But after that its boring and easy. And no one wants to play.

And you guys think its hilarious and a supreme victory that you were able to stomp your competition into leaving red. But I mean whats really the point? Seems to just be a boring place for anyone to play on. Even if i wanted to play on red just for casual play there is no point.

Honestly, you guys turned a possible fun server with great possibilities into just a pit of garbage.

It's a self perpetuating cycle. You dominate the server the get the beat mobs to get the eat gear so you can win pvp and dominate the server. Once this is accomplished the only people left to pvp at the end of the day are the poor bastards who are new to the server or the sick retards who's have been in tbe underdog guild for years and obviously are
Masochists.

Been like this wel before empire and it's never going to change and no one cares or wants to hear you cry about it. Join the Zerg or quit the server really your options and always will be.

the guild with the most unemployed losers will always reign supreme. eq is a game of numbers and hours logged in. anyone who argues otherwise is a retard. those of us here for nostalgia reasons only (because really this is a shit game) were greeted by the largest gathering of losers ever seen in an online community. this server can never work because it is mostly populated with people who genuinely spend more time in norrath than in RL. gratz on the dank loot tho.

classic was the only time this server felt like a pvp server. RIP.

Empire isn't contested because Friends pvpers like Beastagor and Ragnaros won't ever fight in a situation where they is at risk of getting YT'd. They are happy to pick off stragglers heading to raids, but will never contest a group anywhere near even numbers.

The result is that Friends capably griefs leveling groups and opposition guilds trying to gear up off the server, because they are too afraid to actually get yt'd by messing with an Empire raid.

It's pretty unique to this server the Friends crew. On EQ2 and EQ Live and every other MMO with contested raid mobs, victory has always been defined by who secures the mobs. Only on this server have I ever seen people claim with a straight face that securing contested mobs is not what defines victory, rather, random open world pvp kills is.

To each their own I guess.
