Before Velious and Empire noone ever held 100% raid attendance, now you got people like Checkraise and Cyren being burnt out by Colgate and Gongshow's raid schedule.

A lot of guys got cooked in the first 90 days of Velious. Things are better now, but burnout is not something that a lighter raid schedule fixes, once you are burned out, its a done deal for those who have been burned out. Only a long layoff can bring those guys back. The top 40-50 raiders holding 100% attendance is a deterrent for former veterans who can only make 60-70%.

I doubt anyone could do end game velious with 30 people,and, with the sheer number of mobs to raid, would you really want to? If you are struggling to be elitist and do mobs with the bare minimum then join friends, even though this will lead you to failing the mobs half the time because of your low numbers, if on the other hand you want to be a part of the family join empire.

Lite, pve is part of the game. Sorry you lost.

Since empire and tmo have monopoly on end game, am I allowed to join empire on my cleric and kill empire members outside of raids so I feel like I am on a PCs server still ? And since you guys recruit everyone ?

I'd totally join if I had protection during raids bit permission to kill after raids

cool story but on live velious pvp guilds had to compete for loot, here you get a rougher path to pixels if you play blue #realtalk

Here actually, you get the self proclaimed best pvpers/guild on the server sitting at the binds of various <Empire> guild members while they raid, killing nakeds when they show up dead occasionally, padding their leaderboard stats while thinking they are special somehow for killing a naked person.

Being horrible at helping people would imply trying in the first place.

Toxic leaders set the tone. None of them had what it takes to run a long term raid/contest guild.
