I only use my mouse to strafe, pretty sure most people use WASD to joust. Faceoff also won every fight and the free for all. One of the best on the box, you also cant really criticize someones movement patterns on a game that can be severely affected by different latencys people have to do different things to adjust.

Just seems silly to move (willingly) at 50% snared speed backwards.

As a rogue its situational to backpedal, really easy to juke scrubs that are jousting with their keyboards and tag them on the back if you watch them come at you. Vs good melees you are correct.
