Overthere and Burning wood had enough mobs for me to still pull 40+ mob swarms
If a bard can do that still in a zone then it is not too overpopulated.

Sorry to hear dbl xp didn't work out for you OP. It seems the solution best suited to your preferences is instancing. Not looking to put words in your mouth, but it seems you are frustrated that you have to compete. Norrath is an open world of scarce resources ^^
On red we had some players attempt to simulate this blue problem for us (/salute), but the solution for maximizing utility from dbl xp was the same: avoid regular grouping hotspots. Hopefully you are able to make the best if the next one! ^^

Just to give some perspective on how busy the server was, I saw 2 OOC fights over camps in Permafrost this weekend....I cant even imagine KC or Seb.
Smart money would have been to make your own group and do HS or hole for 50+

There are a lot of zones that aren't used in the game, even on blue.
Blue is full of assholes because there is no PVP. Those power levelers should have gone to a more remote zone. But since you can't do anything about it on blue (bad server) you should have found another nice zone to exp at. Red had an amazing double EXP weekend.

Man, being a druid is great. Can check all my camps and mobilize somewhere else within minutes and don't have to wait on a stinking group.
