Ok, I want whoever is in charge right to tell me, is this legal or not? the number of Empire that flaunt this rule with impunity is making me wonder if this is real or not.

I mean it's written really clear for anyone that can read English the statement about bind camping IS SEPERATE due to the "or" from LnS. I do NOT need to call LnS, people are NOT allowed to bind camp someone. If a person moves from the spot, attacks people or try to loot their corpse open again, but people not allow to just simply murder someone.

If this rule doesn't apply then it needs to be changed.

Which of the two u didn't and sat at your bind and died like 6 times too 3-4 different people to which our noble guild leader said to stop coz ur a crack head trying 2 play petition quest.

FYI our raid force was gathering right on ur spawn point maybe next time one less toke of the pipe and not bind right next to a high PvP area.

I don't bind in heavily contested places, at least no more the anyone else. there's lots of people that bind outside of KC, at Seb Orb, near zonelines. how am I any different?
