sucks man. Whats even worse is sometimes treatment/vet just postpones the inevitable and isn't a guarantee.

I kind of agree with what others are saying in terms of putting her down. It sucks to let go. But treating it isnt a cure, so she may still die, or worse, live on in pain. Sometimes its more humane to prevent your loved ones from suffering. Its a hard fucking pill to swallow for sure.

We had to put our German Shepherd down last year. She was only four.

I would trade all of your lives to have her back.

Good luck OP. I'd get a second opinion.

Motors = best name for a cat, love it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Do you have any animal charities where you are? I'm in the UK but we have one nearby for people who can't afford to drop big money on things like this... there might be an animal shelter or something locally that can help?

on second thought sounds like the vets a jerk. get a second opinion or have it euthenized. might suck now but its the best option. then wait a while and get a new kitten.

I do agree with getting another opinion, and if that fails look for a vet that works with that icare financing or something else like that.

Actually, I have seen multiple vets, this is the lowest option I've found for imaging. I'm taking a loan to cover it, the money would go towards paying that back. So far the $10 will help.

You've seen multiple vets and they all want to perform tests that are $3k+? Do you live in Monaco or something?
