While I agree Azrael has pursued a losing strategy, Red99 can't truly sustain two large guilds that can compete on a weekly basis over dragons head to head. No amount of coding changes can fix this short of a significant population injection that puts Red99 at 500 pop +.

PvP in EQ is a zero sum game. In most other games, PvP is a side game where one can still progress outside of it.

I don't really care at all if they enforced some sort of rotation on this server to be honest. Would probably be healthy for server pop growth. Shrug.
