End simulated respawns

Simulated repops were implemented in order to emulate classic repops, and promote PVP.

Due to the fact that they are not being triggered in a way that comes anywhere near close to resembling classic repops, this idea is a massive fail.

Not a single guild is making preparations for sim repops, in the way guilds back in the days would prep for the fact that the server would go down every other week or so.

The product of simulated repops right now is only awarding additional gear opportunities to the zerg presently in control.

That zerg being super viable, due to the fact that sim repops were an absolute failure and this server's biggest issue.
