btw doing things like dispelling raid mobs or interrupting a healer and gating to cause a wipe would be:

1st offense: suspension
2nd: 2 week suspension
3rd: ban

Nirgon was a high level wizard during Kunark/Velious on Rallos Zek. He was MIM for a bit I think in Kunark but then went POF/PB for the end of Kunark/Velious.

Then he should know that shock of lightning was never resisted during that era as that spell was literally referred to as the "Bread and Butter" of the Wizards Arsenal. Unless he played on live like you do here, avoiding pvp at all costs and only showing up for dragons.
