Azrael has been the most succsesfull resistance guild on the history of the server. It's the only guild that has endured the zerg, and even prospered against it. Every other guild has disband and joined the zerg, including holocaust 1.0

Pretty easy to see why were hesitant to leave.

Every guild is a resistance guild until it wins. Holocaust was a resistance guild and now won. Azrael is the most successful resistance guild in your eyes because it has had the same guild tag through 20+ reforms and has never won the server even though it has been handed to them several times.
