The reason they try to ignor this is people here are involved in the bad rmting-business from Derubael and they hope all will be forgotten after some time. There were many people magically appearing in overthere when Nizzarr got banned. A GM told all his partner in crime to come there and prevent Nizzarr trading away the precious items they planned to sell.
