problem is alot of pvpers who think raiding is boring as fuck (it is) and not worth doing get mad when they are passed over for loot for people who are actually putting in the time raiding

i mean if you dont reward the people showing up for the raids whats the incentive for anyone to show up??????

I raided every sunday that I was in the guild,dont make me out to be some sorta flake.Sky killed me bro I couldn't do it.Some people can and they will reap the rewards.I felt actually being black up in pvp EVERYTIME someone asked was more helpful that people who farm 2 man south wing while others beg for exp in /gu.I would actually port myself up and refresh my sky key......goin up to rekey the same idiots who let their stuff rot killed me......All in all I still like a lot of u bros that's it for me on the topic let more pour out on a forum than I'd like.....dueces

and tbh holocaust is already extremely kind in giving out loot to people who dont raid that much, already been a couple people who barely raided got some bomb ass loot and just left the guild

you are gonna have this in every guild... i was leader of a guild n blue for years and it always happened i bet we done 50 shaman epics .. come raid time .. never had a shaman on raid to buff

In my opinion people who only show up for 1 day out of the whole week and only stay for the raid mob they need, don't deserve loot.

I refuse to PVP until I have at least double the HP, mana and resists of my opponent. This makes raiding a requirement.
