Your personal opinion. Sure you can point out facts that you use to believe what you believe.

But I can also point out facts, just go read the baghavad ghita, bible, study Krishna, Tara, Ancient Norse and Pagan religions, egyptians, Mayans, Egyptology, then live a spiritual life and tell me its BS. (also an opinion) but one that your not likely to change. No offense.

However, I will agree with you on one thing. Karma is just a word or an idea humans invented to express an ideological concept. However it is actually a concept I understand and like.

Consider that for many years I had resigned myself to being an angry male who would never succeed at life because bullshit was to oppressive. Then I finally found that I could express myself as a female. Also consider that for a long time I had been expressing myself over the internet as many avatars/personas.

Now let me go off on a really oblong tangent here. Modern RPGs are not roll playing games. They are strategic games with a matte painting of roll playing far off in the distance that really doesnt truly give a player choice. Take bauldurs gate for example, the copper corronet. There is a huge incentive to fight the slavers and 'earn all the exp' and 'do good' and 'get all the loot' (attain a high score and make the rest of the game easier). It's a much bigger incentive than any moral or ethical or realistic reasons one would make a choice. Fore example, leaving the coronet immediately to go after Imoen (let the world deal with its own problems) etc... So the most in depth "role playing choices" boil down to purely strategic, (do you have the resources to do it at the point your at etc.) Now EQ to someone like me is a game you can 'role play' a bit in if you ignore the strategic elements. I long ago mastered strategy when I was a child, I didn't need games to do it. I spent most of my time in norrath role playing. Even if it wasn't obvious for most people. It was a place where I could be free to explore my inner being. Did EQ make me a "tranny" no... i could have very well explored my identity anyway else. EQ was just safe and easy at the time, and I did a fair bit of exploration of who I am outside of the game. I was in the army for god sakes, kinda good learning experience about yourself namean?

I was very angry and I liked fighting, hence I had a great attraction to the strategic elements of RPGs. Yet I've gone through enough personal development to see how shallow they are. Most of you are not 'role players' most of you are strategists.

am I any of those people no. But i definately embody some of the aspects that they have. I'm a deeply thinking abstract intuitive person.

The summary and closing statement for my argument I would like to make.

No i'm not trying to justify my gender or presentation to anyone. However this is simply an argument for why you see so many aspects of me throught different accounts. It's a very simple explanation without the depth of complete information and experience. But it's something for ya'll.

So for people like me. Who have gone through what I have. Is it really odd that I created many personas to interact with the community?

Am I dissasociative, no, because I can tell my personas apart, I have full control of all the aspects that make me up, and I'm not dysfunctional because of that. Actually my ability to genuinely role play has given me a unique perspective and tool thats helped me overcome some of my other issues in life.
