You want all spells to land on lowbies. You want item loot. You want a set of no drop gear given to all noobies.

Those aren't small tweaks at all, and they're likely to really screw with the game in a lot of ways you're not imagining, like for example said 2 twinks rooting you and then murdering you and taking whatever nice item you have away.

I really don't know what you want here except to not die in Crushbone, which next to Unrest and City of Mist is the griefiest zone in the game. There's other cool places to level, and I know it's hard to find friends early on because I had to start here too all alone, but there's an entire guild devoted to griefing people there, it's probably not a great place to level right now.

Whoa there chief. Im just saying unrootable twinks like on Rallos shouldnt be a thing here since they never risk anything.

I said in the op item loot is not happening, i just replied to someone that talked about it, like, ok in theory if wed have item loot, then id add some lowbie no drop to compensate.

Pvp level range is 4. It takes like an hour to out level a twink griefer.

Yup - on SZ a single bard could bring an entire guild to its knees for months, holding their progression ransom for pp/items/whatever. I know because I had it done to me, as well as doing it to other guilds.

Dunno if it still works this way but in live blue servers you could fear someone during a duel and anybody could jump in and attack your opponent. Good times.

I don't know if it show's in lucy or what not, but currently you only allow Spook the Dead to be cast on pet's and that only work's on necro pet's. Mage's and Necro's had to be real careful in dungeons because it was pretty common for a fear class to try and fear your pet and start a train.

But it was pretty much common knowledge on Red server's that Fear was always used on pet's. I used to play a Necro and I always went for the fear on a mage pet's. Tried it here and was like WTF man.

Both charm and Fear were cast-able on Pet's but Charm would just Poof the pet, like you hit go away, meanwhile Fear worked as intended.

The guy at the bottom of this page mentions charm-poofing pets which was something every enchanter did to a mage in pvp http://www.thesafehouse.org/forums/s...ead.php?t=7812

lotta good reference material here

http://www.tski.co.jp/cgi-bin/namazu...y=pvp&whence=0

It clearly shows that pvp charm/fear was still in effect sep 13th 1999, sadly no patch notes mention charm on pets but I'm sure players here can confirm the charm-poof and fear always working on pet's.

Pets never resisted fear on live, until they added that stupid Mage pet spell and Spec pets finally got invuln.

Until then, super easy to fear pets, caused tons of trains, could get banned if a GM saw it and thought you were doing it to be a jerk.
