Jib is half crazy booting people out of his guild with six degrees of separation to Nihilum, posting a vid of him killing my 42 sham with his 50 mage for like 6 months straight thinking it was making me mad.

I think Lite and Andis are allrite, i just think they dont have the vision to run guilds properly and think in terms of the team. For example making the judgment call not to gear people who are still learning and then wondering why these people leave the boat for being treated like crap. You might not know EQ that well but people in general are not dumb enough not to realize theyre just warm bodies to help the inner core get access to gear. Not that Nihilum is that different but i can honestly say Nizzar did more shit for off inner core people than i ever saw happen in Azrael, where we were always doin shit for Andis's alt or whatever.

Colgate all around anti-social

Basically youd need someone like Nizzar against Nihilum that isnt an asshole like Nizzar to keep egos in check and be able to consolidate the opposition to Nihilum.
