She actually didn't stay but just kept coming back to check to see if it was open.
She has a history of checking on this very mob and not killing it.

As for saying you're not going to leave a camp, that's really not against the rules. All she DID do (which nobody has disputed as far as I can tell) is come back around the spawn time to make sure someone's there. If showing up frequently at contested camps was breaking rules, nobody would have jboots or half the other majorly contested items.

1/5 stars. Don't really care since it is some Doljo fan boy who claims not to be in their guild and has to keep saying that he is not.

Nothing actually took place other than shit talk which is not at all surprising given the company of some doljo rogue (who by the way should disband and will never see mobs other than bad wipes).
