Most of the guild is down with the merger buy pretty much everyone doesn't want Shinko in the guild. Some are more upset then others (myself included)

Basically its been said that if he spergs out he will be removed but a few people would rather quit than be guilded with him.

Its really the only sticking point between the merger.
