tldr

Knowing the story before hand I knew you didn't do this and the whatever type ban was pretty much a formality that GMs would lift when they saw it, But 2 weeks later and seeing the actual logs from your perspective its more then obvious it was an accident. Personally I think it was dumb move on Exed's side to walk(probably rezzed with low hp?) into the middle of a pvp fight still going on especially when these rules were almost brand new anyway.

The talk in ooc right after the YT about being banned makes you wonder how many people put in petitions or were asked to petition by leaders just out of dislike of tune and or nihilum itself whether they had been killed previously or want to cause chaos.

You are pretty dumb and an obvious troll, He did 56 hp worth of damage to Exed out of his full naked maybe ~1500? or even less 200-300hp if he were battle rezzed which is most likely what happened. If you ever played a bard(let alone epic bard) you would realize how valuable melee damage is just as much as the songs in killing opponents.
Too many trolls on forums and in game at the time led to this.


tl;dr version = Tune's character/account shouldn't be in limbo or whatever GM's are calling this right now especially since the server side logs could be pulled up to prove whats posted here.
